Dr. Mosher was born in Pacific Grove, California and spent most of his childhood in Mill Valley, California. Dr. Mosher graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, Cum Laude, in San Francisco and served a 2 year surgical residency at the California Podiatry Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Academy of Pain Management. He has been in private practice in Roseville, California . Dr. Mosher attends, as well as teaches, many seminars and post-graduate courses in Podiatric Medicine and foot surgery, and myofascial therapies. University of California, Davis School of Medicine offers elective rotations to residents, and his office was one of their all time favorites to attend while Dr. Mosher was an instructor in the Department of Family Practice.

Dr. Mosher has special interests in the development of non-invasive treatments of common foot problems. Most of the time he will keep it simple, and besides the "Golden Rule", he follows the adage, "If it isn't broke- don't fix it".

During the past 14 years he has developed a special interest in treatment of connective tissues called fascia. He has taken 4 levels of training in the Bowen technique from Australia, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Counter Strain, and Myofascial Release. These therapies have afforded thousands of Dr. Mosher's patients with relief of chronic neuromuscular pains in addition to their foot problems. "CONNECTING THE FEET TO THE REST OF THE BODY".
